Ameristar Parking Solutions (APS) is excited to begin providing Valet Parking, Parking Lot and Garage Management, Event Parking Management, and Medical Facility Parking Management to clients within the state of Colorado in 2018. Local businesses, event planners, municipal governments, and private entities are now able to offer Premium Valet and Self-Parking services to their guests on a year-round, seasonal, or single-event basis.
VALET PARKING
We provide valet parking services for Special Events, Municipalities, Restaurants, Medical Facilities and more on annual contracts or on an as-needed basis. APS understands that valet parking involves more than just issuing receipts and parking cars. We understand valet parking will be one of the first and last impressions patrons will experience when visiting a venue or attending an event. It is important to have a courteous, trustworthy, and skilled staff to valet park and return vehicles.
PARKING GARAGE/LOT MANAGEMENT
Whether your main goal is to control the use of the space, keep nefarious activity out, or generate revenue we can help with our experience and expertise. We are equipped to provide parking meter management and parking enforcement, as well as integrating technology and staffing to maximize revenue. These services can be set up on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on the needs of the space and client.
EVENT PARKING MANAGEMENT
We provide planning and parking services for hundreds of clients. The events that we service include but are not limited to: birthday parties, weddings, and fundraisers, air shows, presidential rallies, professional sporting events, and concerts. If you are holding an event and require valet parking or parking management we are the company to call. We are fully licensed and insured and have in stock much of unique equipment needed for event parking management.
We can help design parking plans that include flow maps for your individual event. We can also attend planning meetings to design and implement strong operational parking and contingency plans. APS is also experienced in working with local traffic, parking, and code enforcement entities in order to ensure our solutions are in line with local jurisdiction.
MEDICAL FACILITY PARKING MANAGEMENT
Our staff is trained to treat visitors and patients with care and compassion. We know that when dealing with health issues people aren’t always in the best spirits. We try to make their day a little brighter when being helped by one of our staff members. We can help load and unload belongings, medical equipment, and offer assistance when entering and exiting the vehicle. We will retrieve wheel chairs and assist the patient to their Doctors office. Whatever the specific needs of your medical facility are, we can help.
